How to find the web shop & the 1 day courses

If you wish to come and buy directly from the web shop you are always to give Arendse a call and make sure she is in for you.
Please find Pegwell Road, Ramsgate and your route of travel on www.viamichelin.com.
By car from London: follow the signs to Canterbury/Dover/Ramsgate and Kent International Airport. You will find yourself driving parallel to the runway and you will just keep going towards the town centre. You are not supposed to go as far as the town centre. Well before that you will pass a fair sized car shop “The German Car Centre” with big blue signs on your left hand side. In the next roundabout, take exit 2, London Road, still towards the town centre. Almost climb the hill where you will see lane for turning right. Take it right on Goodwin Road. Follow this road to the end, and you will have the right end of Westcliff Terrace Mansions in front of you. Cheek Mosaics is in no. 12A, the red door to the right in the middle of the building. Parking in West Cliff Terrace is free and easy.
By train. Services from London Victoria to Ramsgate leave approximately twice an hour and take 2 hours. Find your train times on www.nationalrail.co.uk. We are a about 3 km from the station and thus we recommend taking a taxi to us or your B&B, which should cost you less than £4.00.
By plane. Easyjet.com flies Stansted or Gatwick. Flights to Stansted, Gatwick or Heathrow will all mean a train journey of 3-4 hours to get you all the way to Ramsgate.

Need to stay the night in Ramsgate?
The nearby pretty sea side town Ramsgate and Broadstairs has a variety of Bed & Breakfast accommodation. Book in advance and you may get a room overlooking the charming Ramsgate harbour. Ramsgate has a wonderful sea front with lots of pubs and restaurants, not to mention the gorgeous sandy beach! Accommodation start at about £25 for a room with shared bathroom facilities. Expect to pay £50-60 per night for a good room with ensuite bathroom. The following list is easy to use.

How to order kits and supplies from the web shop
Please place your order
1) on the website and pay via Paypal
2) by contacting Arendse on +44 (0)1843 581183 and pay card over the phone or
3) to send your order along with a cheque made payable to VIVA mosaics Ltd.

If you find the Paypal buttons do not work properly you can still order via Paypal. Go to “Send Money” in Paypal and send us the total amount including £5.99 for the postage. Carefully type in your order and the delivery address in the email you can send with your “Send Money” request and that’s it!

Postage and Packing
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours on a 48 hour service with Parcelforce.
Please contact Arendse for Express Delivery.
The default setting for postage is £5.99 on the website and that will take your order up to 30 kgs anywhere in UK Zone 1 (England, Wales and parts of Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands).
Orders of less than 0.99 kg gross weight cost us less to send, and thus you can pay accordingly by placing your order over the phone on +44(0)1843 581183.
If you want to order from UK Zone 2 (Highlands & Islands of Scotland), UK Zone 3 (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly) or the rest of Europe, please contact us BEFORE placing the Paypal order for information on postage for deliveries outside of UK Zone 1.

Prices in the web shop
Prices and stock in the mosaic web shop may change without notice. If a price on the website is obviously wrong VIVA mosaics Ltd may refuse to process the order. If VIVA mosaics Ltd is not able to process your order right away for any reason (out of stock, additional postage, error in price) we will get back to you by e-mail and eventually return your money in the unlikely case that satisfactory arrangements can not be made for customer and VIVA mosaics Ltd.

Liability
Whilst VIVA mosaics ltd is happy to give advise on product use we cannot accept any liability on the use of them as that is outside our control. How to book a course
Please make sure that space is available by contacting Arendse. When confirmed that there is room for you please send your contact details along with a cheque made payable to VIVA mosaics Ltd. The courses can also be booked and paid for with card over the phone or by Paypal. If you book a course via Paypal, please type in the name and date of the course you want to sign up for.

The Mosaic Courses
Once paid a course deposit to VIVA mosaics Ltd is non refundable. A paid deposit means a commitment from the course participant, a commitment that we need to be able to count on because catering and stocking up for a course are important issues to us. Are we canceling or supplying 12 people?
In case VIVA mosaics Ltd will have to cancel a course and we cannot find a satisfactory alternative for you, we will of course return your money.

Please note that you will be working with glass and grout and that attending one of our courses will be on your own risk. VIVA mosaics Ltd can not be held responsible for any injury to persons, animals or property whilst attending our courses.
